At Kilvington we recognise that a quality education focuses on more than the academic side. The bigger picture is also woven from a diversity of spiritual, physical and co-curricular programs that focus on developing the whole person. The interplay between these programs creates a wealth of opportunities for girls to explore, discover and grow.

The co-curricular program at Kilvington is comprehensive and importantly, is consistently reviewed to ensure we offer activities that are relevant to the changing needs of our students. Currently, these areas include music, sport, environmental pursuits, outdoor pursuits, school camps, social service and the visual and performing arts.

Our focus on the individual has led to the development of programs that meet the varying needs and interests of each girl.

Our four Houses - Barrett, Burman, Fethers and Fysh are central to our co-curricular program. Teamwork and collaboration underpin the success of our House system which provides a unique opportunity for girls to interact and form friendships across age groups. The sense of cohesiveness that results helps to build self-confidence and personal development.

These programs provide a unique opportunity for girls to further explore their interests and develop skills such as collaboration, leadership and self-discipline in an unfamiliar environment. The courses are carefully designed to be enjoyable and challenging.
