Following are guidelines on how to compile a bibliography.

  • A bibliography is organised alphabetically by the author's surname.
  • If there is no author, the title of the book is used.
  • When taking notes remember to record the bibliographic details of the resource you use, as you may not be able to use that resource again.
  • All examples listed below are to be used at the end of the text that you write, not as footnotes at the bottom of a page.
