Kilvington Girls' Grammar is a Kindergarten to Year 12 school of around 500 students. We are proud of the wide range of programs and activities on offer and the learning outcomes achieved by our students. This is directly attributable to the professionalism of our staff and the quality of relationships they hold with students, parents and colleagues.

Kilvington's Enterprise Bargaining Agreement was established in 1994 . We were one of the first independent schools to include administration and grounds staff under the same conditions as teaching staff. Our EBA has recently been certified by the Australian Industrial Relations Commission.
