Stuart Alford – Co Deputy Chair
B Econ (Hons), FCA, MAICD joined the Board in a non-executive capacity in April 2010. Stuart was appointed Co Deputy Chair of Kilvington's Board in April 2012. Stuart is a chartered accountant, retired from Ernst & Young after 40 years in professional practice, including 27 as a partner. He is a Director of Eastern Health and also has Audit and Finance Committee roles with a number of organisations, including the Victorian Curriculum and Assessment Authority. His experience in the education sector includes assisting with the development of risk-based audit methodologies used by the Department of Education in primary and secondary schools and has served for many years as the external auditor for several independent private schools.
