Teresa Deshon

Deputy Principal

Ms Deshon joined Kilvington from Goulburn Valley Grammar, where she was Director of Information Systems. Prior to this she was Acting Director of Academic Programs, involved in curriculum planning and leadership for Heads of Department.

Ms Deshon has a Bachelor and a Masters degree in Education and a Graduate Diploma in Computer Education, and is currently completing a Doctorate in Education. In 2008, Ms Deshon was the winner of an Australian Council of Educational Leaders Inquiry and Action Research Award, on the topic of Women in Leadership.

Ms Deshon is experienced in the development and implementation of Continuous Online Reporting which she has pioneered at Kilvington through a parent portal on the School's website. She has extensive experience in the development and delivery of professional learning programs for staff.
