Excellent 2010 VCE Class results

Kilvington congratulates the Class of 2010 on their outstanding VCE results. We are very proud of their commitment to learning and their fine academic achievements. We also acknowledge the efforts of our dedicated VCE teachers, as well as the other teachers who have guided these students on their fruitful learning journey.

The excellent results speak for themselves, with 41% of our students achieving a score of over 90 on the Australian Tertiary Admissions Rank (ATAR) and 24% of our students achieving a score of over 95. 27% of all study scores were over 40 in the State. The median study score was 35. All Year 12 students satisfactorily completed VCE, and we congratulate them on their outstanding academic achievements.

Three Kilvington students achieved ATAR scores over 99 this year – a superb result. Special congratulations go to Sarah Holper, who achieved a perfect VCE score of 99.95. Sarah received the maximum score of 50 in three of her subjects – English, French and Further Mathematics.

Part of our School’s mission is to inspire all students to strive for academic excellence. We also place priority on delivering a holistic educational experience, which instils in students essential values such as respect, courage, compassion and service to others.
